Directions1. Place racks in the upper and lower thirds of your own and preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Wash and core the apples before slicing the apples horizontally into 1/8 in-thick rounds.
3. Arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets and sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Bake for 1 hour in the upper and lower thirds of the oven before switching the pan's position on the racks. Continuing baking for an additional 1-1 1/2 hours until a single chip, when set out for 2-3 minutes is crisp.
5. If it's crisp, they are done. Turn off the oven and let the apples sit in the oven for 1 hour as they cool. Enjoy!
