1. In a blender or food processor, blend together marinade ingredients until smooth. Place steak in a 9x13-inch dish and tenderize with a fork (5-10 pokes per side). Pour marinade over the steak, cover and refrigerate 6-8 hours, or overnight.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400 degrees F). Remove the steak from marinade and season with salt, cumin, and chili powder on both sides.
3. Place steak on the grill and sear for 5-6 minutes per side (for medium-rare), or longer depending on desired doneness. Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing into strips.
4. Serve as desired with fresh lime wedges and chopped cilantro.
