Apple & Oats Smoothie

Directions1. Core the apple(s) and peel if desired.
2. Put the milk and oats into a blender and let stand for a moment.
3. Place all of the remaining ingredients into the blender and puree until smooth.
4. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and oats.
