Autumn Apple Salad with Maple Vinagirette
Prep Time: 30 minutes
1. Divide spinach onto 4 plates. Divide and layer each salad with sliced apples, bacon, feta and pecans.
2. In a blender, pulse together olive oil, mustard, vinegar, syrup, cinnamon and salt and pepper until well-blended.
3. Drizzle dressing over each salad. Serve and enjoy immediately.
*Serving Tip: For a quick and complete meal, add shredded chicken.
