HEAT oven to 400ºF.
BROWN meat with onions in skillet; drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
SPOON meat mixture into pepper halves; top with cheese, bacon and frozen potatoes.
BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are golden brown.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with fresh fruit and a quick bagged salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.

Bake large quantities of bacon ahead of time in the oven. It will make mealtime quick and easy when preparing recipes like this. Keep refrigerated, then pull it out and use whole in sandwiches, or crumble and use in your favorite recipes.
