HEAT oven to 400ºF.BROWN meat with onions in skillet; drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
SPOON meat mixture into pepper halves; top with cheese, bacon and frozen potatoes.
BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are golden brown.
