A delicious blend of Asian flavors, tender chicken, and crunchy cashews makes for a fantastically flavorful dish.

1. Shred chicken into large bowl.
2. Whisk together vinegar, oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic sauce and salt. Pour over chicken and let stand 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss well.
3. Sprinkle with cashews and garnish with lime wedges.
