1. Add chicken, onion, celery, peas, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme and bay leaf to Crock-Pot. Cover and simmer on high heat for 5 hours or on low heat for 8 hours.
2. Add evaporated milk, and chicken broth stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 1 hour.
