1. Large bowl, combine apples, cranberries, sugar, salt and flour. Stir in lemon juice and toss to coat. Pour mixture into 11x7-inch baking dish; set aside.
2. In medium bowl, combine dry ingredients for topping. Cut in cold butter with pastry cutter until crumbly.
3. Sprinkle mixture over apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until fruit is tender.
