1) Zest and squeeze the juice of either 1 large lemon or 2 small lemons
2) Stir together the lemon zest and juice, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon or vanilla extract depending on the flavor desired
3) Fold Truwhip into the mixture to create a smooth and fluffy texture
4) Place in an airtight container and freeze until hardened, at least 6 hours or overnight
