1. In a large salad bowl or four individual bowls, place spinach and top with sliced mango, strawberries, cucumbers, avocado and red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, honey, chili powder and cumin. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
3. Drizzle cilantro-lime dressing over the salad and serve immediately,
