Preheat oven to 325°. Place a rack in a large roasting pan and cover the rack with foil. Pour 1 cup water in the bottom of roasting pan and place ham on the rack. Place ham in on bottom rack of oven.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple syrup, brown sugar, orange juice, bourbon, mustard, cinnamon, and clove. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened slightly.
After 30 minutes, brush ham with some of the glaze and roast, basting with more glaze every 20 to 30 minutes. Cook ham a total of 2 to 2-1/2 hours until hot. Let rest 15 minutes before serving. Serve with remaining glaze.
