Mushroom-Topped Hamburger Steak on Toasted Baguette

1. Shape ground beef into 4 patties about ½ inch thick; season with pepper. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2. In same skillet, heat butter and olive oil. Sauté onion, red bell pepper and mushrooms until tender. Stir in beef broth, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil then reduce heat to low simmer. Return steaks to skillet and simmer for 10 minutes, turning once.
3. Place steaks on toasted baguette slices and top with mushroom sauce.
