1.In a large casserole dish, heat olive oil to simmer, add sausages, and brown all over.
2.Add potato, onion, and garlic. Continue to brown and stir often for 10 minutes.
3.Add apple cider, Samuel Adams OctoberFest, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
4.Add broccolini and cook for 5 more minutes until everything is hot and combined.
5.To create mustard sauce, combine green onion, mustard, and vinegar in a small bowl.
6.To serve, drizzle mustard sauce over top and serve with crusty bread and ice-cold beer.
