Directions
1) Preheat oven broiler. Move rack to the second to the top and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat.
2) Broil marshmallows, turning over to the other side once, until golden brown.
3) Using a hand mixer, beat marshmallows, heavy cream and sugar together in a large bowl.
4) Fold in chocolate and smashed pretzels.
5) Fold in the cool whip.
6) Separate half the mixture into a large plastic container.
7) Top half the mixture with hot fudge.
8) Top with the left-over ice cream mixture.
9) Cover ice cream and freeze overnight.
10) Ice cream is ready to enjoy! Store any leftovers, covered, in the freezer.
